Liability Waiver for In Person, & Online Group & Private Classes, Energy Healing Sessions, & Cacao Circles, & Herbal Consultation
Your agreement to participate in an online class means that you fully agree to the following:

I understand that I have enrolled in a program of physical activity, yoga, meditation, Cacao and spiritual offerings.

I hereby absolve Chrys Muszka from any responsibility for injuries, death, or any other unfavourable outcomes I might sustain while practicing/receiving yoga sessions, ingest Cacao, Herbal Remedies, and receive Reiki/Energy Healing or any advice given, learned or suggested with or by Chrys Muszka.

I hereby release for myself, my heirs and assigns, Chrys Muszka, from any claims, demands and causes of actions arising from my participation in any program facilitated by Chrys Muszka.
Agreement to this Liability Waiver will act as your continued agreement to all ensuing sessions, workshops and/or consultations. whether in person, via Skype, Zoom or any other video conferencing tool.
