An online Yoga & Meditation Morning retreat to allow you to embrace the magick of Winter, connecting to your breath, body, and spirit. 


Enjoy an opening Meditation with Cacao, or Herbal Tea

A 1 hour Yoga Flow practice, 

Followed by a 45 minute Yoga Nidra practice. 

A Period of post practice introspective Journal prompts

A Closing Meditation. 

It will be a Saturday morning that will inspire, empower, while also nourishing you heart and spirit.
