** With the warm weather here and Toronto/Ontario Covid-19 restrictions lifting, I am happy to to offer Backyard Yoga & Cacao Circles.
Navigating this Covid-19 reality, and moving through these last months of lockdown, I have built a virtual line up of offerings for you through my own portal, as well as through Toronto based
Yoga & Meditation Studios.
I teach a range of physical yoga classes that bring a focus to stretch, strength, and stability. My meditation and mindful classes focus on breath awareness, heart connection, and learning to observe stillness within. Each class comes with a thought provoking theme, guided by yoga, and life affirming philosophy.

My schedule is split into two categories.
1. Personal classes through my own portals
2. Studio/Group classes with classes that are partnered with Studios/Private Groups,
each through a separate portal.
